Update as of August 18, 2020
All of us at the International Summit on Borders have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic and assessing its potential impact on this year’s 2020 International Summit on Borders.
As this health crisis has evolved, it’s become clear that hosting the Summit as a face-to-face event may not be in the best health interests of our attendees and supporters. Additionally, we want to respect the financial burdens and restrictions many of you may be facing as a result of this economic slowdown. Therefore, we have made the decision to host the International Summit on Borders as a virtual event September 29-30, 2020.
We’re cognizant of the many challenges the pandemic response may have caused in your personal and professional lives, and we’re hopeful this format change may offer one less thing to worry about now. We will continue to post updates on our website as needed.
