Update as of April 14, 2020
All of us at the International Summit on Borders have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus pandemic and assessing its potential impact on this year’s 2020 International Summit on Borders.
As this health crisis has evolved, it’s become clear that hosting the Summit in June may not be in the best health interests of our attendees and supporters. Additionally, we want to respect the financial burdens and restrictions many of you may be facing as a result of this economic slowdown. Therefore, we have made the decision to postpone the International Summit on Borders to September 29-30, 2020. The event will still be held at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC.
We’re cognizant of the many challenges the pandemic response may have caused in your personal and professional lives, and we’re hopeful this date change may offer one less thing to worry about now. It’s our hope that the situation begins to return to normalcy soon, and you’ll be able to join us again in the fall. We will continue to post updates on our website as needed.
